One in ten men will suffer from sexual problems, such these, in their lifetime. The former, erectile dysfunction, is when a man has trouble to achieve and/or maintain and an erection.

About 7 – 8% of men aged 20 – 40, 11% of men aged 40-50 and 40% of men aged 60 and over will experience this issue.

The potential causes for erectile dysfunction are manifold. They include physical causes such as:

Heart Disease
Raised Blood Pressure
Raised Cholesterol
Prescription drugs such as antidepressants
Alcohol and narcotic misuse

There are also psychological factors to consider, such as:

Sexual Guilt
Low self-esteem
Fear of sexual failure or pregnancy

Many of these psychological issues are also relevant to issues with premature ejaculation, when the man has trouble engaging in masturbation or coitus for very long before he ejaculates.

On top of the above psychological factors, premature ejaculation may also be the result of:

High level of sensitivity in the local nervous system
Anxiety about sexual performance
Stress, related to unresolved issues in their sexual relationships.

Despite the understandable normality of these issues, men often feel strong feelings of hopelessness and inadequacy
when confronted with them. Men often feel like their ‘masculinity’ is inherently linked to their sexual performance
and therefore it may inhibit them in making, or keeping relationships

Sexual training is about making a free space for men with sexual problems to work through them, obtain sexual skills,
gain confidence, learn how to pleasure a woman and move towards having satisfactory sexual encounters with intimate partners.

Session 2 and 3 of the 'SUCCESS' course goes through tips to control ejaculations and have been specifically designed to
slow down premature ejaculation and help you maintain erections for longer durations.

Premature ejaculation can fixed with simple techniques used by Charlotte Rose.
